Question about restaurants?

We will be at Universal for the first time in about 3 weeks, and we are staying Club Level at RPR for1 night (2 days of club level food) , so we really don't plan on eating at all in the parks. My question is, can we still go into places like 3 broomsticks, Mythos, and Leaky Cauldron, and look around if not eating there? They all look so amazing, I would hate to miss seeing the insides of them. Thanks.

of course you can........Mythos you will have to let someone know you just want to look around as you get taken through to a table in there from the waiting area......
