Yeas, but not as many as at SSR. There is one at the cs place close to the pool and one at the Turtle Pond pool ( when it is open). Unless you have a room close to the main pool, I wouldn't think you'd find refills convenient at OKW.
Refillable mugs (at least ones that you purchase) are really inconvenient at OKW with only the two refill stations. But you have a refrigerator at OKW, larger than the ones in the hotel rooms, that can hold as much of your favorite beverages as you like. If you get one free with the dining plan, it is still inconvenient, but at least you don't pay extra for it.
