Question about La Cantina de San angel

Anyone been to the Epcot quick service, La Cantina de San Angel?
I was wondering if you can customize the tacos.
My DH is a picky eater, and he would like the chicken tacos if he could control what came on it, ie. no salsa or mexican rice.

I don't know about the tacos but we were able to order nachos without certain toppings.

My brother orders the chicken tacos plain for what goes on them, just chicken and I think cheese he gets. They make to order as far as I know so should be okay.

I wouldn't think it would be a problem, I can't imagine they are pre-made with everything on them already.
