My wife and I made reservations over a month ago for AK Lodge, air, and limo. Since then we have decided that we'd rather take a few extra days and drive the trip from North Carolina with stopovers in Savannah and St. Augustine. My question is "will I have difficulty getting my reservations changed to delete the airfair and Limo service?" We've already made our initial deposit of about $200. Oh Yes, we also had received a DC discount on our initial reservations. Thanks. <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

I guess it will depend on who you booked your package through. If you booked through WDTC, I copied their cancellation & change fees from another post. For cancellations or changes, if your air travel has been ticketed, there will be a cancellation or change fee per ticket equal to the higher of (1)$75 and (2) the cancellation or change fee assessed by the airline. Please note that cancellation of a nonrefundable, published or promotional airfare results in a charge equal to the entire amount of the airfare

I would call WDTC and ask them - When I booked i was told I could cancel or change up to 45 days before. This is because the air travel has not been ticketed.

I believe if your air had been ticketed you would have needed to pay more than just the $200.00 deposit.
