Private Mixology Class - How to book

I am looking for advice from someone who has planned one of these before. I've read on numerous threads how much fun it was to have a class with the members of your cruises Facebook group.

I've got at least 30 people from our FB group willing to participate.

I called the 800 number for Disney Cruise Line, and talked to a CM, about it, who in turn talked to his supervisor. I was told that they can not do anything about this, as it would be a ship activity...

Is there another number I can call that will get me a little further? Has anyone prearranged this? Where should I turn next.

Here you are. We are 36 in our group. DCL made us split the group into 2 separate sessions which sucks but I'm sure we'll still enjoy it.

I just had mine set up this past week. I called the 1-800 number and they ran me in circles and said that it couldn't be done....

You have to e-mail DCL Function Requests <DCL.Function.Requests@disney.com>;

I pasted the initial email I received from them. They did say they may have to split us into 2 as we already have over 40 peeps doing it!!

They got back to me the same day. Not only that they called me too.

The following information should be included on the fax:

-Ship
-Sail Date
-Contact Name
-Contact Phone Number
-Contact Email Address
-Contact Reservation Number
-Type of Function (e.g. Meeting, Private Function, etc.)
-Approximate number of Guests - # of adults & # of children
-Requested Date for Function-please provide two date choices
-Recipients Name/Reservation Numbers
-Event Details

Below are some of the events that can be arranged:

*Meeting space
*Food and Beverage Offerings
*Receptions/Cocktail Parties/Birthdays/Anniversaries

All events must be paid prior to sailing. Some restrictions apply and

oh yeah - it says that you have to pay prior to boarding...not true for the mixology. Each person pays with their KTTW card.
