Prices went up a year away?

I have a May 2025 room booked. I booked a few weeks ago.
I went to go check something and noticed all the prices are now higher by about $30 a night.

Why the heck would prices raise a year away? Are they always fluctuating?

I’m of course locked in at the lower rate but now I’m worried if I gotta make changes the price will go up

Yes, cash prices continually fluctuate. It depends on how quickly the dates are booking and expected demand patterns.

Yes, if you look at on property resorts, you will see the same thing. Prices for the Poly went up $40 per night for this year in the timeframe of November to February. For a September 2024 stay.

Geeze! I guess I’m glad I booked a year out. I figured prices were the same once they announced it for the year
