Preferred room at CBR - room request at check in?

Any suggestions on what should I request? We booked preferred room but for some reason i see also the non preferred options, is this as expected?

Yes, it's normal at all WDW resorts to see options during Online Check In that make zero sense.

With a Preferred room booked you are going to already be very close to the Food Court, Main Feature Pool and multiple bus stops. Do you have a preference between ground floor or 2nd floor (no elevators)? Also, we like corner rooms because there is an extra window in the corner which allows more natural light making the room feel larger. If you're driving you may want to be close to the parking lot.
