Pot roast recipe?

We recently had the pot roast at Liberty Tree Tavern. It was so good! I've never been able to make a good pot roast like that- so tender and the gravy was awesome. Is the recipe for this available anyplace?

Here is the recipe for you!
Cook the meat longer then the recipe calls for and read all of the suggestions people have added on the bottom.

I made this recipe last night and it was delicious! Not exactly the same as at LTT, but good. The gravy came out perfect.

My family and I love this recipe too and whenever we go to Disney we make sure we have lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern to get the pot roast.

Try cooking the meat on a low temperature for a longer time?
If you have a crockpot/slow cooker even better.
