Has anyone gotten GF with the deal? We already had BC booked weeks ago but we love GF so that would be cool to get the deal there! I'm thinking not since I can't get it to give me a rate with any combo of days I try

I got the deal with GF.

Original deal: GF theme park view
Jan 11-16 with 5 day base ticket and basic dining plan for 2A 2C AAA discount 3795.30
We had originally planned to drive however got great rates on Southwest so we had to book 2 hotel rooms for Jan 10 and Jan 16 which was going to cost an additional 300.00 for a grand total of 4095.30

Today's deal: GF theme park view
Jan 10-17 with 7 day base tickets and basic dining plan for 2A 2C
$3859.30 in addition we will recieve the 200 gift card. So with the card I'm saving around 400 and I gained two more days on site

Can the $200 gift card be used for tips at table services if you are on the dining plan??

The CM that I just talked to said Yes...you can use it for tips, dining, merchandise etc.... Isn't that GREAT!!!


After MANY, MANY phones calls I finally got what we wanted! 2 adults WL standard room DDP with park hopper tix Jan 11 - 18 ( 8 days/7 nights) for...**drum roll please**....$2,221.48! Plus the $200 gift card!!! This has been one crazy day...Maybe I will finally get some sleep tonite!!!

I am hoping we got a great deal. This is our first trip to Disney with our kids, and our first time staying at a Disney resort.

We originally had ASMU (family suite) from 1/21 - 1/29. 2 adults, 2 children (one under 3) + park hopper tickets + dining for $3,398.58. We could not get the new deal with the suite.

So, we ended up upgrading to AKL (Savanna view) from 1/21 - 1/29 for 2 adults, 2 children (one under 3) + park hopper tickets + dining for $3,422.15. We also get the $200.00 GC.

To upgrade to a moderate (Carribean Beach) was $2,685.35. Would have saved 713.23.

well we are staying at POP for 5 nights/6 days and orginally had the dining plan. me and DD saved $141 on our room and tickets and then with the $200 gift card i am canceling the dining plan and will be using that for dining so the cost of the package went down almost $400. add to that the almost 400 disney points my aunt gave me from her diney visa and this trip is going t cost me less then $1000 out of pocket including air fare

Yes, you got a great deal! I wanted to tell you that AKL is absolutely awesome and you will be so happy you switched from ASMU to AKL! My family has been to AKL 2x. The first time we stayed in a pool view room and last Oct we stayed in a studio villa, savannah view. I would love to go back for a third time some day. We WERE booked for:

Two rooms - 6 nights at the Poly lagoon view, one night at the Pop Century standard, and 5 day park hopper tickets for four adults, two kids.

Room One (Grandma) was 3221.84.
Room Two (Me) was 3657.34.

NOW we have:

Two rooms - 7 nights at the Poly lagoon view, and 8 day park hopper tickets. One extra Poly night, and 3 extra park days.

Room One (Grandma) is 2651.56.
Room Two (Me) is 3158.68.

Savings for two rooms is 1068.94. One extra Poly night, and 3 extra park days too! Not including the gift cards!

Here's mine:

We had booked through AAA for 2/14-2/21 at POP with PH and DDP-2 adults, 1 Junior (so we paid full adult price for DDP and PH)-totalling $2758.59 with AAA discount.

Just changed it via AAA to the promo for the same thing and are getting it for $2355.08, if we add the WP + More option it will be $2514.89. We are saving $403.51 without the WP and $243.70 if we get it. Plus we get $200.

I am so excited I can't stand it!!!! Now it's time to buy P&PP tickets and we will still be ahead.

I was booked at CBR with AAA rate and buying 6 day PH for 2 adults and 1 child. The cost was going to be $1720.77. Now, I've upgraded to the Contemporary Garden Wing/ Garden View with 7 day PH for $2310.62! Plus I'll get the $200 gift card. I know I'm spending more, but I couldn't pass up a chance to stay on the monorail!

Then we switched to AAA, and that saved a fair amount, bringing us down to $3484

Yippee cool deals everybody! Here's ours:

January 24-31, Coronado standard view and 1 day base ticket for 2 adults and 1 child (we already had our tickets) and our total is $900.77 plus got the $200 gift card (which we will use towards food)!!!
