POR garden view VS. preferred

Reserved a preferred room but added and extra day and had to get garden view. worried about distance to bus stops and main building, anyone stay in garden view and how was your experience? first time WDW June 16-23 and want to have a magical time

there is not much different - between pref and garden view

pref view was close to food court/lagoon - not bus stop. getting close to the bus stop was standard view

see the food court is in the front of the resort - but most of the bus stops are in the back of the resort.

To be clear, is your entire reservation still in the preferred area and you had to change it to garden view? The preferred area is very close to the main building and to the South bus stop. The preferred area is in the AB section, in either buildings 14, 15, 18 or 27. Hope this helps.
