We're looking into requesting a king bed on a high floor near the lobby for our stay, can anyone suggest a certain room or building? Is it true that there are only handicapped rooms on the 4th floor? Any suggestions are welcomed

Yes, if you look at panel no. 2 on the official POP thread, all the king bed rooms on the 4th floor are handicapped accessible only.

You want to make sure, since you are making three requests, to list them in order of importance to you. Multiple requests make it harder to fulfill everything you want, so the room assigner will try to make it possible to fulfill at least one or two, so they will fulfill them in order.

Pop Century also has a link to a map in the same panel that shows where the rooms are located in the building.

Thanks for asking this and thanks for the answer MissyTara. We want to request being close to the food court but would love to have a King connecting so we can get some privacy from the kiddos . Food court is our priority though, so we'll list that first.
