Is Tonga just suites? Are any of them suites only or anything special about other Longhouses?

The Tonga building is just for suites.(suites concierge club)
The Hawaii building is just for the concierge club rooms. (Garden and lagoon view concierge rooms)

The rest of the buildings are for garden, lagoon and theme park view rooms.
