I am interested in a standard view studio at Boardwalk Villas or Beach Club Villas October 7-11, 2011. This would require 48 or 62 points. I know it is too early to book, but I am just checking out my options right now. Are either of these your home resort? Also, what are your terms of payment? The last time I rented 50% was due when I received confirmation of the reservation, and the other 50% was due 60 days out.
