I spent hours on my photomovie from our April trip and ordered two copies on Friday. I wanted one copy as a Father's Day gift, so I paid extra to have it sent overnight. I checked the order status this morning and it states my order has been cancelled.
So I fill out the email form to send in an inquiry, and it says there is failure and it could not connect to the system. I tried it twice. Then I checked my credit card online and there is a temp authorization charge from DPM and there is a phone # there. I called it and the recorded message said to email the form.
Has anyone ever had this experience? Why won't the email go through?
