Hi, we leave for our first time at Disney in about 5 days...have a question, though. Are there fireworks at Magic Kingdom every night? We have reservations at the Plaza Restaurant at 8:15 on Wed. Oct 10th. Will they have fireworks that night? Also, how does MNSSHP fit into this? If we do not buy tickets for the halloween party are we still allowed into the park for dinner and fireworks? Are we still allowed to ride rides? Any help you can give is much appreciated! Thank you!

No, sorry. Without party tickets on a party night, you will be asked to leave the park no later than 7:00p. There are fireworks every night, but they will be party-themed on party nights. If your ADR is on a party night, you will not be able to keep it.

Wed 10/10 is not a party night. We plan on being there that night too.

The fireworks are at 9pm. You might want to rethink your dinner plans if you want to see the fireworks.

Our plan was to watch fireworks from restaurant...is this not a good plan? Do you know what time fireworks are? Was hoping we could get a window seat.

Here's a link to the daily events that are listed on the website:

The problem with seeing fireworks from the restaurant is that they are over the castle and your view will be obstructed by the building.....and the hundreds of people standing outside the restaurant between you and the castle. That sidewalk is rather popular. You will be close the castle so you won't have far to walk after your meal to find a close spot to stand for the show.

hope you enjoy your trip

Fireworks viewing from The Plaza is far from ideal, even with a window seat. The poster you quoted mentioned the time: 9:00p.
