Planning for the week after Pres. Day?

I was reading some posts about the week of Presidents Day being crazy at WDW but I'm wondering about the week after. We want to start our vacation before DS turns 3 on March 1, 2012. So I'm considering flying in on Saturday the 25th and flying out on Saturday March 3. Anyone have experience with crowd levels that week? We could go earlier in the month too but it would be fun to celebrate his birthday there. However I prefer low crowds over a birthday celebration.

I think presidents day is the 21st. We went over the presidents day holiday a few years back (part of the family went to Daytona race). It was very busy on the weekend and the monday holiday, but go much better later in the week. Good luck.
