Recently I had my first trade that I had to file with the Pinpics complaint department. Since this is the first time for me, I have no idea what to expect. Actually, I first Emailed the complaint department 2 weeks ago, and didn't receive any response so I don't know if they got my Email or were working on it or what. In case it got lost, I Emailed them again today with all the details again. I know the mail can be slow ever the holidays, but this trade was agreed to 8 weeks ago, so the pin I sent was there way before Thanksgiving. And although I Emailed him over 2 weeks ago, no response. Now I have no idea what to expect from Pinpics. Will they probably respond in a few days or Email the (non)sender?
