Pick up time at Caribbean Beach to port

Large group staying pre-cruise at Caribbean Beach. Our cruise materials say we have to call 24 hours prior to cruise to find out what time we will be picked up to go to the port. Anyone know approximately what time Caribbean Beach gets picked up? Also are these buses equipped with toilets? TIA.

Pick up times change each cruise depending on how many people are coming from each resort.
They pick up between 11:00-1:00.
The bus may make multiple stops at different WDW resorts.
The buses do have restrooms.
You may want to look at booking private transportation. With a group of 4 or more it’s usually less expensive and you can pick your pick up time.
But these will not have restrooms onboard.

I agree that private transportation may save you some money as it’s $39 per person each way for a Disney transfer. As pointed out by Weedy, by arriving via private transportation or even renting a car enables you to board much earlier than the guests leaving from WDW property.

You will receive a letter in the room the night before letting you know what time to be in the lobby for the bus. The buses are equipped with a restroom and are regular coach buses-same as Disney’s Magical Express. Figure getting picked up around 12:30 but it may include another stop at one of the resorts.
