we ordered the cd, and on the paperwork included with it stated something to the effect of checking things asap due to the fact of limited storage. I 'm thinking it gave a 30 day limit, but I will not promise that.

If you just returned call NOW and at least try. If you've been home a few weeks, go ahead and call, but they prob. won't have what you're wanting. sorry.
