Photopass + and BBB

I talked to my travel agent about making an appt for my daughter at BBB, she was only able to get her into the Downtown Disney location. I don't have a problem with this at all, however the cast member she talked to seems to think that there isn't a photographer on site at that BBB or that they will add those pictures to my photopass plus. She emailed me the following statement.

I did add the Photo Pass Plus to your package. The agent did not think they take pictures at the Downtown Disney location, because they have their own photo packages that they sell. However, she did say that if you speak to a photographer when you get to Disney, they would arrange a time to have Faith photographed on site somewhere after her makeover is done.

Can someone Please fill me in on how this works?

We were Jan. 11 this year. It seems that I remember seeing a photographer in there. We didn't have an appointment there but were doing some shopping in the store. I hope I'm not wrong and someone comes by with a more definitive answer.

We took our DD in to that location and they had a PP photographer there during the makeover and a separate location in DTD where you can go to get posed photos afterward. They are free if you just get the photos added to the PP card, if you buy prints, it costs. Not sure how it works with PP+.

We were at the DTD location just over a week ago and they had multiple photopass photographers on site. And, afterwards, just go to guest services and they will take the "formal" shots and add them to your card as well. We did all of it with regular photopass and got great shots.
