Photo CDA issue - downloading

Sorry if this has been asked before. So, I finally got around to installing my photo CD from November. (I know). After everything was installed & I had unlocked my photos, (I could see them at this point) they all disappeared. Where they should be was just a tiny blue question mark for each photo. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?
I send a help request, looked in the FAQ and uninstalled & reinstalled. Same result.
