Park Characters

I am taking my neice,4 yrs old, and my nephew 2 years old to WDW in May. I have gone down many many times but boy do I feel like I haven't been paying attention.
I am making them these little autograph books and want to put a clip art photo of each character on a page and get the autograph and a photo of the kids with the character. My problem is I don't go after the characters when I am there and now I don't know who shows up for autograph sessions etc...
I know Mickey is around, and Pooh at the Crystal Palace, but who else should I be on the lookout for?
I dont' want to miss anyone so if you can tell me what characters are at the 4 parks I can make sure I have photos for all of them.
I figure whoever we don't see can "stop by the resort" after Sara and Danny have gone to bed and sign their photos. I better practice my autographs.
thanks for your time. Peggie

Peggie,
Go to this link and there is a character location spreadsheet that you can download. Should be at the top of the page when you get to the website. It lists most of the characters you will see and at what locations in each park. Hope that helps and our DD had the exact same autograph book last year and she loves showing it off. Since she cannot read yet, she used the clip art to know which cahracter had signed until the pictures went in.

Ratpack,
thanks so much, that site is fantastic.
I downloaded and printed the file, and now I have my work cut out for me. Guess we won't be ssing all the characters, we only have a week.
But since I own in DVC I plan on bringing them many many more times. I can't wait for this trip, I am as excited as when I brought my boys who are now 26,24, and 20 for their first trips. Peggie

We went last June and some of the characters were hard to find. We didnt find many at MK. Snow White, Goofy and I think thats it. MGM we found a few (Buzz and Woody were easy) and Pluto was easy. AK was the EASIEST! We got about 20 signatures and pictures there, chipndale, minnie, mickey, goofy, donald and daisy, flick, so many more! Almost all of our character pictures are from AK. Good luck and have fun! Steph

Wow - back in January, (if I understand this right!), I made the very similiar autograph book. It was a great way for kids to meet characters! I did tons of research and made a list of about 100 characters we thought we may find at WDW. I searched the Internet and got the 100 clip art pictures, only ones I could not find were the Country Bears (Wendell, Big Al, Liverlips, and Shaker). At the end of our trip, we got 72 autographs, not too bad! On our next trip, we want to look for every character we missed! :)

In that link provided before, you don't have to include some of those characters in your book, as they are so rare or don't meet people and sign autographs. Some haven't been seen doing greets in years, and some are only parade characters. Characters like Bo Peep, Francais Ladybug, Gold Dust Pete (never heard of this character!), or March Hare I have never heard of in the parks greeting recently (anyone seen them on recent trips?) Some are extremely rare, like Jiminity Cricket, Stromboli, Scrooge, or Atlantis characters (Milo and Kida). And I have not heard of Drizella, Anatasia, and Lady Tremaine appearing at the 1900 Park Fare dinner as of yet. If I am wrong here, hope someone corrects me! :teeth:

Good luck on your autograph book! The characters love seeing their pictures when they sign. :)
