parasailing weight ?

I saw on the dcl site that there is a minimum weight for parasailing on CC. Does this still apply if you are going tandem? If my dd is below the weight limit (but old enough) can she go tandem with me?

Someone who is going on the same cruise as us, called DCL & they told them "going tandem we would be fine as long as we don't weigh over 375 together".
