Made offer march 11th, seller accepted 3/13
Received contract 15th, signed & sent back with deposit same day, sellers got theirs back on 19th, sent to ROFR on 3/21.
Received addendum 4/1 to sign that sellers banked 2012 points. Signed & returned same day, sellers following day.
Received signed contracts for our records 4/9 (after asking for them)
4/22 Disney finally waives ROFR
5/1 received closing docs, 5/2 mailed check & documents back
5/7 received message TODAY that we‘re closed!
58 days.
Hopefully points will be in soon so i can book our vacation for later this year, we‘re down to the wire!

Congrats! I received my membership ID number in the mail 15 days after closing -- I called Member Services the next day to set up my online account, and my points were already loaded!
