OT: Anyone on new WW Momentum Plan??

I am a lifetime member, but I just weighed in with the the new program, so I am not familiar with it yet. I was looking through my books, and don't understand what set points are. I don't want to wait till week 5 to find out. Anyone out there know?? What do you think of the new plan??

Set points are for eating out, I believe. Rather than estimate how much of whatever you are eating, you use the set point for it.
 
Set points are for any time you can't measure a food or guestimate it accurately. You eat until you are comfortable, then count the points.

I've spent 3 years guesstimating, myself, and have 4 sets of measuring cups in the silverware drawer. I've found that the set point is generally a higher number than the actual count of points for a food for me. YMMV, of course.
