I believe it is 6pm.... that is when it went on when we were there November 13-22nd.

I think I read that they started at dusk. We got back at DHS at night when it was already dark, so I can't confirm that though.

Don't fret...it will be clearly listed at the park. get to the area 20 minutes early and wade through the humanity to center yourself on the main street. IT IS SPECTACULAR WHEN THEY COME ON. nothing like it. Can't wait to see them again
