Look at cruisefish.net They list most opening day prices and the current prices.

Those threads are compiled from the posts made by others with quotes they received for the two official opening days only. If no quotes are given, none will be included in the post. They aren't continued after opening day since the purpose is to give people who aren't platinum or gold with first day access an idea of what the prices are going to be when things open to everyone the next day.
