Ordered PP+ 21 days ago...Not here yet

I ordered a PP+ on Feb 5th, which was shipped on Feb 7th.

Tomorrow makes 21 days since it was ordered, and we fly out the next day.

What options do I have so I can still take advantage of the PP+ while we are in Disney?

I would try calling. I would also print out your order confirmation and take that with you. They may still be able to help you at the Photo Centers if you have proof of purchase.

If not here in the morning mail tomorrow, I will be. I do have the email confirmations, but, was hoping that it would be here today so I could get all of the last minute paperwork ready.

Honestly, I would not wait until tomorrow to call. It should have gotten to you within a week or less based on previous reports for shipping to Canada. If it shows up tomorrow, great, but if not, then at least you've already gotten started on whatever needs to be done (if anything).

Take your email confirmation to the PP+ photoshop (there is one in DCA, beside lockers area). They will issue you a PP+ based on your confirmation. That's what we did last summer.

You need to call today so they have a little bit of time to try to fix this. I recently ordered my PP+ and received it in about 5 days in Seattle, WA.

International shipping seems to be going at snail's pace for them for months now. I ordered mine over a month out and it arrived the day before I got home from my trip - over 7 weeks.

When I e-mailed them they told me to bring the e-mail confirmation and take that to one of the PP+ shops. For me actually the nice PP people at Goofy's Ktchen were able to fix things, but I got no idea if that works all the time.
