I used the regular 1-800 # and never got a busy signal, by 8:04 I was hearing music and I am still on hold. My DW is at home and is also on hold, she got through when I did.

I read a thread where a former DCL reservationist said it does not matter which # you call. She stated that all calls get funneled through the same system and there is no priority given to the Castaway #.
