Whoa...! Which month is that one...? I am holding the 9/29 Fantasy sailing (its over our anniversary) and its $2700 for an 11C. Thank goodness we like the magic portholes.

It was for the 11-night Southern Carribbean on the Fantasy -- in a 7A for just two of us! We didn't pay that much on Princess in 2015 for a balcony on a 12-night British Isles cruise for three adults!

Yeah, I'm irritated at the quote I have for the 11-night Northern European. But we really didn't like RCCL (we are in the minority, I know) so i am nervous about trying another line except Princess in Alaska sometime for Glacier Bay... we'll probably just do a different vacation next summer.

After 12 Disney cruises I think we are dipping our toes into other waters. Haven 2 br on NCL is only $16,700. While I'd love to get a pic of DS w/ Donald in his winter coat, it's not worth $7,000....

You might want to look at another cruise line. I bought an Alaska cruise at a charity auction and it ended up being on NCL. It was the Jewel I think. Anyway really awful - especially the food and entertainment. But to twist into a positive I lost weight and spent the entire cruise on the balcony whale watching - saw a lot of whales and the scenery is absolutely beautiful! I did often think that if I were on the Disney ship I'd be missing a lot of the scenery because I'd be inside watching all the entertainment!

Yes, I would check out Princess, HAL and NCL for Northern Europe. I have a lot of friends who hated RCCL -- we have not sailed on them yet.
