I was thinking you could "hold" a reservation for 3 days.

ETA: I just did a mock booking and the deposit was due on March 29, 2014.

My deposit is due by March 29 as well.

When I called into book, I am not a travel agent, the DCL CM told me that they would hold to the 28th.

I transferred an OBB reservation and did not put down the additional deposit. I checked online under my Castaway Club account and it says I have until 3/29 to pay the additional deposit (which is also what the cast member told me on the phone).

Also, delays this morning were due to the Magic itineraries not showing in their systems right at 8:00 a.m. I got right through at 8:00 a.m. and waited on hold with the agent for about 20 minutes before her computer finally showed the itineraries.

I know a couple others have posted this question as well, however I was given 6 days to hold my reservation. I know it's typically 3 days with DCL however my first agent (very nice) offered me 6 days immediately so I took him up on that. My email from DCL shows my deposit is due 4/1 so that is indeed 6 days.
