Onboard credit - Booking with Dreams Unlimited

Hi,
Can someone explain how the onboard credit works with Dreams Unlimited? Will this just show up on our account or do we need to do something?

It will just show up on your account on embarkation day (sometimes its right away and sometimes its not until the evening).

It will be automatically added on embarkation day. I've typically received a notice through the DCL app that the credit was added to my on board account
