At a minimum I would guess the cost of the transfers (port to WDW and back) will somehow be factored in to the cruise price. While the WDW tickets won't probably cost DCL anything (or very little compared to what we would have to pay for them), the transfers certainly will (buses, gas, drivers).
It's hard to compare cruise prices since there are so many factors that go into "demand" which is what the pricing is really all about (ship, itinerary, time of year/week, how long ago it was released for booking). I don't think there is any way to prove one way or the other if these are really "free". We only know that they are "included".
For myself, I was disappointed in this inclusion because I figured it was something I was paying for (at least partially) and I'm not sure we would want to take advantage of it. As they say, there are two sides to every coin.
I can totally understand how the OP would be excited, though. If you were planning to go to WDW during that stop and didn't realize it was included, it would be AWESOME news!
