Old Key West one bedroom??

Yes, there will be a king bed, then in the living room there is a queen sized sofa bed and a sleeper chair.

Absolutely. As Donna M said above, there is ample sleeping room, and the 1br's at OKW are some of the largest on property.

The only DVC resorts that have a 2nd bathroom in the Disney collection are BLT and Kidani Villas. One thing to keep in mind about OKW is that if you have 5 people you might consider requesting that your 1 bdrm be in "Phase 2" which will be somewhere in the back half of OKW. This was built after those villas closer to HH and have a separate entrance to the bathroom through the laundry room. This way everyone would not have to go through the master bedroom to use the bath facilities. And OKW is the only resort I can think of that has a laundry ROOM as opposed to a stacked w/d in a closet.

Having the door coming in through the laundry room also allows two people to bathe at the same time, one in the shower, and one in the tub (if someone in your party takes baths)..without being in the same room together. Comes in handy with larger parties like the OP's.

But there isn't any door between the tub room and the master bedroom. And there are only shutters between the tub and the bedroom. You want a villa in Turtle Pond or South Point to get the door in the laundry room to get to the bathroom instead of going through the master bedroom. (Villas numbered 30 or higher).
