Offsite Disneyland hotel?

Sorry if this is the wrong spot to post this, but has anyone ever stayed at Hotel Menage Anaheim Boutique Hotel?

I am planning on staying there in January and was just wondering if anyone had any input - pros, cons - on it!

Stayed there in May. Very noisy location: bordered by the freeway and the intersection of Ball Rd. and Harbor. This is a remodeled Holiday Inn but is still a very worn out old motel . They put a bar in the lobby and a bar outside by the pool and that makes it "boutique". If the traffic noise wasn't bad enough, they have a constant boom, boom, boom of music blasting by the pool bar outside until the late night hours. Not recommended.

I haven't stayed there but it's definitely farther than I would walk from so plan on using ART if you stay there.
