Have a great time! If your travels take you outside of London and you see a ShakeAway - stop in for a George - I invented it! If the George doesn't appeal to you, the genius of ShakeAway is that you can pick your own ingredients!

You should! ShakeAway is awesome! If you don't like the ingredients in the George, my favorite custom shake is chocolate, ginger nuts and custard (either blended or on top). MMM I want one now! My pictures are all over their website. I've taken ShakeAway around the world with me, from top to bottom (Arctic Circle to Antarctica) and around the World (the Disney World, that is - I gave them cups signed at every Disney park around the world. )

We got in about 30 minutes before John and Kevin and were at the Hotel by 11. Here is my PSA for when traveling overseas. Please do not take your pants off to sleep in your underwear and black socks on the Plane. I am pleading with you all. My eyes are still burning! First class does not equal no class! Pics to follow (but not of the dude in his undies)!

Arrived approximately 11:30am England time. (5 hours ahead of EST).

Beautiful hotel. It has and "embassy vibe" to it.

Went to lunch in he West End, sent to Covent Garden for coffee and we gave up.

Just exhausted and need to chill for a while.

Thrilled to be here.

I'm so happy to subscribe to this thread! I would rather be on the trip itself but my wallet just couldn't justify it But please DO update us as often as you like ... but enjoy yourselves first!

And regarding the pictures, I LOVE them! And why is it that window glass in England just sparkles?! I noticed that in my one and only trip to the UK in 2007 and I want to know why it is.
