How about having 3 wrapped presents on the table when they wake up? They could be Mickey ears or a Mickey Christmas ornament (something small) with a note saying welcome to Disney (or something magical).

We have the Wishes Dessert Party booked for 9 pm (Wishes at 10).

When should we eat???

We are planning the Tusker House Buffet for either lunch of dinner. I booked at 1:00 so we could get the Nemo seating, but I'm torn about that time. I don't want my kids to skip dinner completely and just have desserts, but I also don't want them too full to eat at the party. If we have lunch at 1, we will have to have something for dinner before going to the party.

There are still lots of early dinners open (say 3:30 or 4:00ish). If we ate then we would have lots of time to recover before loading up again. BUT I wouldn't get the Nemo seating. We've never done the show, and I know I will just skip it again if I don't have the preferred seating. We are not much on standing in line for shows...

SO, any advice???

we did a fast food dinner before our WISHES dessert party last year. I would do the buffet at lunch and then maybe you guys share some small fast food for dinner? we are the same way on lines, we avoid them like the plague, 20 minutes or longer, forget it. so i vote do the lunch, keep the package for nemo and then just grab a quick sandwich, hot dog or light snack for dinner to share before the buffet.

GREAT idea! We never eat at Casey's because I think the meal is too small and the dessert isn't very good, so this would be the perfect time!!! We can just have a light dinner there around 6 or 7, take the cracker jacks for later, then go to the dessert party at 9!!!

Honestly, I didn't care for it and thought it was dull. The only reason we went was because my friends wanted to go (who have never been to Disney). We are all going back to Disney next September and if they want to see it again then they can go on their own. I will not sit through it again

I think I'm going to forget about getting reserved seating. That way we can go if we want to, or skip it if we don't. I'm thinking I might go without the kids. I usually end up sitting on the rocks outside of Everest for HOURS while DH and the boys ride over, and over, and over... Maybe I'll go then.

We have a 745pm ADR and then I was thinking we would head to MK for Wishes for 10pm. THink we could make it?? I think so.. but re-assure me! lololol
