"Official" 2023 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - Yuletide Joy

That was not a party exclusive.
I suppose I did hear a limited quantity was available at World of Disney. But when I attended the party last November people were waiting in makeshift line at ~6:45 for the popcorn buckets (light-up Zero?) that wouldn’t go on sale until 7:00. They do seem to restrict some items from the day guests.

The musical one was unavailable at the time and they said even if we were in MK the next day when the shipment did come in that we’d need party wristbands for that night in order to buy them.

A friend grabbed one for me at the popcorn cart in DS. So I don’t think they switched over to being a party exclusive. I think they were also at HS.

Curious... Are there other sites/places to purchase Very Merry Christmas Party tickets or only direct through Disney? Thank you all in advance!

I heard that last year the line to get into the Christmas party started forming WAY before 3pm and then the line starts moving when they allow people in at 4pm. If I want to skip the party entry/line crowds, what time does the line dwindle down?

The line starts but when it opens it’s clear within 10 mins so at that point I saw no point of lining up again. At least when I went

I'll be on the Wish from Dec 11 to Dec 15 and then cramming in a couple of days in the parks from Dec 15th, 16th, and half a day on the 17th.

I bought tickets for MVMCP for the 15th and plan on staying in the MK all day and the party. 16th I may buy tickets for Jollywood Nights. The 17th will be Epcot rope drop until early afternoon and then to MCO. I haven't been to the parks since 2019 and hopefully my plans are not flawed. LOL Fortunately we are staying at the Yacht Club and it's easy to get away and take a nap and refreshed and head back.

From Post #3
The October 18th, 2022 date is incorrect. When is the 2023 date?

The October 18th, 2022 date is incorrect. When is the 2023 date?
As of date, dessert parties have not been announced for MVMCP. I believed dessert parties for MNSSHP were only release July 12 and parties start on August 11.

Please note that the first thing mentioned on Post #1 is that this all 2022 info until 2023 details are released. Most of this information is from the 2022 party. However, I will update as new information is released.

I hope this helps.

It did, thank you! I hope I get an email when the date is released,

Has there been any word yet about it they're giving out ornaments and prints to all of the Christmas party guests like they did last year? It would be fun to start a collection of ornaments!
Thanks!

I'm guessing probably not. At least if it is anything like the Halloween Party, the print was just for the 50th last year.

I was kind of thinking that too, especially since they announced there would be party merch this year and there wasn't any last year.

The ornament was a replacement for the party exclusive pins last year. That being said, at the Halloween Party you did get the bag and a full sized bag of M&Ms so you might still get a post card or something they hand out as you walk through. I believe it was a giant cookie before.

Are peanut-free treats readily available at the party? Are they in a separate location from the regular treats?
I asked for gluten free treats last year, and they were available at every treat station. GF treats are usually peanut free as well.
