Official 2021 "Disney After Hours Boo Bash" Thread

Called the 4240 number this morning and got through on landline. Was not provided an estimated wait time. Had to bail after waiting 2 1/2 hours. Called back at 4pm using the (407) 939-7679 number. Was notified of an estimated 70 minute wait. Was closer to 2 hours but got through. Grabbed tickets for 10/29 but was told that Halloween was an option. Since we are leaving on 11/1 the Friday will work better. Especially since we at at BCV with EPCOT on Saturday ... get to sleep in a little bit ...

Is there an age limit on this event? My husband managed to snag 4 tickets for our family for Halloween while I was working today, but my confirmation email says this is for four people age 10+. My kids are both 6. (Twins). Is this going to be an issue, or did we just overpay? I would love to just call and ask, but he was on the phone for over 2 hours today and of course I’m just getting busy signals. Kinda ridiculous.

My kids are 8 & 9 and have kids tickets (ages 3-9) but they were the same price as adults. I’ve heard the vast majority of the tickets were for adults. So maybe just a minor error on the cm part.

I asked the CM if it was ok for our kids (6 and turning 4 that weekend) and she said it was. Tickets are the same price for adults and children. She marked ours differently, but she said she just likes to differentiate which gave me the impression that it really didn't matter at all, so I think you're good.

Ok, thank you. So these tickets marked 10+ will still work for my 6 year olds? If they don’t, I swear I will go Karen on them after spending nearly $900 non refundable for a 3 hour event… after my husband called them 200 times today and sat on hold for 2.5 hours (bless him.)

After being on hold for the last 2.5hours was just told by CM that they can no longer sell tickets tonight and to try again tomorrow. This was calling 4240 number. I wish they had at least finished processing the people who were on hold...

Wow, I called 407-939-7529 (poor guy!) after dialing ALL day long starting at 7am PT getting nothing but busy signals. At one point a recording said the lines were closed due to volume so I was about to give up but read this posting and tried again. I got through on the first call and after asking about tours I was interested in anyway (none available yet) I asked the gentleman to tranfer me for Boo bash tickets. He took my information and said it was 327 min wait and I said that was fine after redialing all day but the call was picked up almost immediately and the entire call from start to being transferred and getting tickets was 39 minutes.

That's insane. They closed the queue. What reason did they give for not selling tickets? That's horrible and I would email Disney. Sorry that happened.

Silver lining to my fruitless ticket quest, I decided to “just see” and managed to get a park reservation for MK for 10/1!

Have faith everyone…after hundreds of tries on multiples numbers (4020, 5277, enchanting extras, member services)….and hundreds of busy signals, call failed, etc…I finally got my tickets ordered at 407-566-4985. Had almost a 2 hour hold, but was happy to just get in the queue at that point (after 8 hours of redialing). Received my confirmation email and tickets for 10/8 are successfully linked in MDE. Good luck all still holding!!

I was told they are open until 11pm ET so call back and try 407-939-7529. They were all very nice and sympathic to the long waits.

I click on park tickets and then link tickets and entered in the confirmation she gave me and the both appeared and I assigned them to my husband and I.

I am curious how this queue works? I have been holding for over 5 hours and some people are getting tickets after 1 hour and 2 hour waits?

I just got through on 7529 and she would not connect me to the Boo Bash line. She said the line was closed for the night to try to get through the calls that they already have. She said there were over 1,100 calls in the queue right now. She also kinda grouched that I called this number instead of the other number, and suggested I try that number again tomorrow.

I wasn't rude back, I figured she'd had a day. But so have I. Yikes.

The man I spoke to wasn't thrilled I called about boo bash but I decided ahead of time to ask about tours so it wasn't just using him and was genuinly wanting to book one. He kept trying to disaude me from waiting but I told him it was ok after clicking redial for 10 hours. It was no where near the 327 mins he said it would be and said they were open until 11pm ET so no worries. Call back and get someone who will help.

Hey everyone, I have a resort reservation for July. Would I still be able to get Boo Bash tickets or do I need a reservation for when Boo Bash is going on? I would just to have the after hours tickets before making a hotel reservation. Hoping I can get them now, but understand if I have to wait until the 15th.

Just got through and spoke with Coretta who was amazing, waited 2 Hours and 39 Minutes on hold up till then. Going on Aug 27th!

You will have to wait until June 15. Until then, they verify you have a resort reservation for the night of the Boo Bash you’re planning to attend.

1100 in queue is crazy. Think how many tickets they must have sold already today. Has the potential to be really packed based on these estimate.

I am really sorry that you were told that. I just booked my tickets at 8:58pm, so I'm not sure why someone would say that. I hope that you are able to get your tickets tomorrow....really quickly! This was quite a day for everyone!
