We spent two hours in a children's museum with our three nieces today. I was on my feet trying to keep track of them the whole time, so I figure I can legitimately count at least 20 minutes.
First check in of the month. Thursday was a rest day, Friday was 50 minutes of upper body strength and a cardio workout, today was 60 minutes of stamina/speed/agility and a total body barre workout.
Still sick... close to the one month mark now but I'm slowly on the mend. Did manage to take my dog for a 30 minute walk yesterday and another walk this evening. 60/800.
Finally some cooler weather! I'm excited to be able to get outside for more than a short period of time....Time to sign up for a race somewhere this fall.
