I just finished up. The CM I spoke with was very upbeat, said her day had been great so far, and didn't seem to understand why I was implying her day might not be going so well, so I got the impression that she had not had multiple system crashes, etc. I guess that there are call centers in multiple locations and it depends on which one you get? We are going March 13-20th on Deluxe Dining and I was able to book the following:

With the exception of the 'Ohana dinner, I pretty much got all the times I wanted as well, and the 'Ohana dinner I had to choose between 40 minutes earlier or an hour later than I requested.
I wanted to book Cinderella's Royal Table for dinner one night, but she said that one would not be in the system to book until tomorrow.
Overall I'm very happy!
