STS this week however my muscle mass is increasing and my fat percentage is falling which makes me very happy, still getting exercise regularly too! Using my Disney songs to keep me motivated while I work out which helps me to keep focused on my goals for next summer. Keep up the good work everyone I know how stressful the next few weeks are going to be just remember exercise is great for stress relief.

Thanks Mandy I sure did I was the only Adult in my house not to have the vomit bug so with looking after everyone I had takeaways and junk. I had no time to make meals lol but the food was good lol . Don't think they enjoyed watching me eating it though haha

I have lost 25lbs now didnt quite make my holiday target (3lbs off) but i feel great so not too disapointed.
Off to Florida for 16 nights with the DDP so will find out the damage when I get back hopefully not even I can manage to put on 25lbs

Hi there, I posted on the planning board about dieting to Disney not even realising this was here so apologies xxx I started last Friday as had a dawning realisation that I had 41 weeks to Florida and according to ww scales I have 54.5 pounds to lose and according to my new home scales I had 51.5 pounds to lose. Anyway, whichever set of scales it is a lot, lol!
Over 41 weeks though I think it's doable and I am so determined to be in the photo pass pictures and get some decent family pics rather than cower behind the camera, I'm feeling motivated x
First proper weigh in on Friday but at my ww weigh in on Monday I'd lost 1.5 pounds so pleased to be off and running, lol.
So inspiring to read about so many of your fabulous successes this month, well done you x
Welcome to our dieting thread. Lots of Luck reaching your goal, I think it's doable too. You should take a before photo, then you can see how well you're doing in a few months, which will encourage you even more
Well 40 weeks to 'D' day and I lost 3 pounds this week which leaves me with 48.5 pounds to lose ... And we're off!!!

Well done everyone, I have lost 2 and a half pounds this week! Quite pleased with it since I've eaten chocolates and drank wine and beer over the last week. I think the extra walking helped to burn it off last week though too, keep warm stay safe and stick to your targets.

Thanks Mandymouse it's great to have your moral support and the support of everyone on this thread, it keeps me focused and aware of what I'm eating every day. It's so easy to forget if you don't keep yourself accountable for your intake.
Opps forgot to update... I lost 1lb over the last 2 weeks I weigh in again monday but its been a bad week with birthdays and a funeral I hope to STS and not gain ... hope everyone is well

Well girls I have lost 22 pounds in 11 weeks, not bad a nice steady loss so far. Hope you are losing some weight too. I've dropped a couple of dress sizes off my lower half which is great and managed to comfortably wear some smaller jeans again. Can't wait for the top half to catch up and then get into some decent tops again.
