Ocala RV Camp Resort... Advice?

Anyone stayed here? We need somewhere to stay prior to getting to the fort next week and this is a good distance to be at the fort for checking in at 1pm.

How is it? Any advice would be appreciated

We have stayed there, it has been there many years and right around the corner from Cracker Barrel. Its a good place to stop and its about 1 hour 30-45 min from disney. We take 75 to the turnpike to Disney..Sites are drive thru..

We usually stay there on the way to Fort Myers. Have also on the way to Disney. It is okay for an overnight. I think it used to be an KOA.

We have walked to the cracker barrel.

That's really good news about the nearby Cracker Barrel, we will definitely be eating there for breakfast that morning. Thanks for the good info

If you are referring to OCALA SUN RV Resort off of EXIT 341, we just stayed there this past weekend. Great location and nice park. Nice area to visit as well, we rented Kayaks and went to Rainbow River / Springs State Park. The resort has new owners as of April 2010 and they are young and have made tons of renovations to the park.
