OBC on a transferred reservation?

Hi! We booked the WBTA while we were on a cruise last year. Sadly, we had some issues over the summer and had to change that reservation to a Mexican Riviera cruise in March. I know we got some OBC from Disney because we booked a cruise while on a cruise. Does anyone know if those credits transfer to our new reservation or did we lose them when we transferred to a different cruise. Thanks for the help!

Yes it does. We just transferred a cruise that we booked onboard and all the OBC came with it!

Hi guys!
I have a similar question. I am just planning our second cruise. We booked onboard so got the 10% off and $100 obc. My husband now has to train so we have to change to a different cruise date. Will we get to keep our 10% off too?

You get to keep all the benefits from the onboard booking if you need to transfer a sailing date. The only thing that would change would be the amount of OBC you will receive if you are changing the length of your cruise.
