NYC port arrival time question

Hello! My children and I are sailing on the Magic on Aug. 5. (Yay!)

Our port arrival time is 1:30 p.m. Should we arrive at exactly 1:30?

Thanks for any advice from NYC cruisers!

They didn't seem to be sticking to the port arrival times. We were scheduled between 1 - 1:30 but arrived around 12:45. Had a short wait in line and boarded as soon as we were checked in.
