My family and I are thinking about booking the 11/11/06 Magic sailing with two stops at CC. How is the weather in November? Is this still hurricane season? Has anyone ever missed CC in November? We were on the 1/15/05 and want to be better prepared before booking.

hurricane season officially ends on 11/30, but the odds of a November hurricane are very small...

The weather in a word: "great".....low humidity, temps 75-80 degrees....this is a great time of year to cruise....

:rotfl: :rotfl:   I did the cruise last November The weather was great The water was warm at cc :cool1: :cool1: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

The weather in November, be it at WDW or On a DC is actually better than the summer months as it is not to hot and muggy. And I would concur though it is still officially Hurricane season until 11/20 the odds of a Hurricane after early october-Mid October are muniscule. We have been on 2 cruises in September and both were altered because of Hurricanes. I would say go for it... especially since I am cruising on 11/11/06 with friends and family!!LOL!
Let me know if you decide to go than.

We have always sailed early November or Mid October and it has been perfect!!! :sunny: :cool1: :sunny:

I just sailed RCL this past January and will not sail in the Winter again!! The Sea's were just too rough and the air gets really cold at night!! :cold:

I am sticking to late Fall for my cruises...I am sailing on the 10-15-05 Magic and hoping for perfect weather again!

We have cruised in November 2002 and November 2004. . . .both were wonderful. It was as though "someone" turned the faucet off! The seas were smooth and the sky was blue! Neither time did we skip CC. The second time it was a little more brown due to Jeanne and Frances, but none the less, still beautiful!

We cruised 11/15/03 on the Eastern & the temps were very hot. The seas were a little rough for us, but they didn't both us. We had up to 20 foot swells most days at sea.
