not booked in club level but received IPO email??

So I booked our vacation at the WL this past weekend. We reserved a woods view bunk bed room as that was all that was available. Today I received the below email. Any ideas why I would get this since we did not book club level?

Thank you for choosing the Walt Disney World Resort for your upcoming
visit. On behalf of our entire team, we would like to extend a warm
welcome to our resort.

We want to help you create a stay with us that is magical, and if we can
assist you with any plans for this visit, please contact us. Our office
is open from 9a.m. to 6p.m. daily.

In order to expedite your arrival experience, please inform us of your
estimated time of arrival and method of transportation to the resort.

Upon your arrival at our resort, please proceed to the Valet Desk or
Curbside Cast Member. You will then be escorted directly to the Club
Concierge for check-in.
 
Just an error I would guess - it happens sometimes. I would just write back and say you didn't book a club level room.
 
When is your vacation? You may have possibly been bumped up to CL. I'd call the IPO and ask.... We have been bumped up before...
 
I would certainly check it out ... usually in the email subject line they'll have included your arrival date and reservation number - are these the same you have for when you booked your stay?

You can check the status of your booking on "My Disney Vacation" on the WDW website. All you need is your reservation number and last name or you can click-on the link in the Disney Destinations Email confirmation that reads: "Here are the details of your RESERVATION." If your Disney Destinations confirmation shows this:

Disney's Wilderness Lodge
Standard Room - Club Level


...then you have been upgraded and congratulations are in order!
 
The arrival date in the email is the same and they have our last name in the subject line. I am not sure what my reservation number is all I have is a confirmation number (combination of letters and numbers).

When I log in online I don't see that anything has been changed. Maybe it was just a mistake. I am going to reply back to the email again and inquire.

I agree that looking online is the best thing for the OP to do.

In fact before our Club Level stay at the Polynesian in December 2007 we had reserved their Garden View - Club Level room, however we got an e-mail from Disney Destinations with a brand new confirmation for a Lagoon View - Club Level room. Anyway after seeing that thinking maybe it was a mistake I looked up our reservation online and it also changed to a Lagoon View - Club Level room, so the upgrade actually happened.
