It's a person who's first name is guest, his middle name is member, and last name is feedback. His job at Disney is to set policy and order everything.

So that's the guy! I completely misunderstood the whole "guest feedback" thing.

That way when Disney changes policy, food, furnishings, they can say that guest or member feedback is responsible.
