New Resort ?

Hi I just read that Universal is building a new resort called Endless Summer Resort-Surfside Inn. It is suppose to be complete by next summer. We are interested in staying here August of 2019. What would happen if we booked this resort and it was not complete by the time we leave for our vacation? Thanks for any info

They would not take reservations if there were no rooms available.

It will be done in sections so they wouid not be over booking.
