It's lost all it's magic. 
It's so sterile. The pictures for the resorts are hard to navigate. What a bummer. Looks like Travelocity now, except worse. I used to spend hours looking and planning and pricing vacations out, now I go on and just want to leave the site. Such a bummer.
ETA: I know it's not super new, but it's new since I was on this past Sept/Oct.

It does just seem so "sterile" as you said. It is definitely not the dream creating website it used to be. I used to be able to bring the kids to the computer and get their input. But the website is so much harder to navigate through they loose interest pretty fast. 
The "cart" is so Retail too. Bring back the old one please.
